Every time the school holidays come by, the kids either go back to their various families (aunty, uncle, grandparents place) or we plan something for them. We do not want them to be just lying around watching TV or doing nothing productive for stretches of weeks. This time around, we got the Home managers and the Home staff to plan a trip to Port Dickson! We also organized a boat ride for them besides enjoying the cool breeze by the sea shore. 

Looking at how much they enjoyed themselves and the smile on their faces bring joy to us knowing that the kids here will remember times like these even when they are all grown up. The many difficult times they had are there but it does not mean that we cannot provide the many more good times when they are now here with us.
